And..... the answer is... You would have "won" a "mini-subsription" to a stock broker's newsletter. They would have collected a bunch of personal information about you. No doubt they sell the information to others -- so you can be spammed and junk mailed even more. But probably they will call you and see if you want to "get rich" in the stock market, if you just use them as a broker. I'm sure that is all they really gave away -- really nothing, and in return they find gullible people to try to take advantage of in the future.
